Product Description
This thermometer is designed to last a lifetime. Our dual-mode infrared thermometer is designed for inner ear measurement (babies under 1 year) as well as forehead measurement (all ages). This is a clinically proven, reliable measurement method that is trusted by medical professionals.
This thermometer is easy to use, just press the button and scan. There is no loading or waiting between measurements and the thermometer saves its last twenty readings. The thermometer is safe and hygienic, it measures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, and it features a built-in alarm when temperatures exceed 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
The package includes two AAA batteries that should last for the first few thousand readings.

Variable Temperature Warning
When taking temperature from different parts of your body, it is normal to obtain a slight variation in the temperature readings. An ear (tympanic) temperature is usually 0.5-1°F (0.3-0.6°C) higher than an oral temperature, whereas a forehead (temporal) temperature is usually 0.5-1°F (0.3-0.6°C) lower than an oral temperature. Therefore, it is normal to get 1-2°F (0.6-1.2°C) difference between an ear measurement versus a forehead measurement. This is NOT due to the inaccuracy of the thermometer.

Caution
The thermometer sensor is extremely sensitive. Any dirt or oil will prevent an accurate measurement. Check and clean the sensor regularly. The surface should be reflective and gleaming. If it is dull and lackluster, please clean the sensor with a cotton swab (preferably soaked with alcohol).

Press the EAR button for about 3 seconds under shutdown state until it reads “_ _ _ M”
Hold down the button for 3 seconds and it will show “_ _ _ °F “
Release the EAR button and then press it again to choose “_ _ _ °C “
When you next activate the thermometer, the temperature will show ” °C “

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
